The www.namaia.fi site is a site maintained by Tmi COSMOWITHIN Tmi, from which the following customer data is collected and stored: participants in guidance / coaching / courses, participants in online guidance, participants in yoga / relaxation / meditation classes and retreats, and participants in animal communication / afterlife connection / animals and their humans service subscribers and e-mail subscribers.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is used to maintain and manage customer relations between the company and customers. The customer register consists of people who have signed up for guidance through the www.namaia.fi website or namaia.on @gmail.com, and people who have joined the mailing list when ordering/purchasing free and paid services and products offered by the company. Information and guidance and training materials related to the services and, if necessary, links to third-party websites from which the services can be paid or the necessary guidance materials can be downloaded and/or viewed for personal use will be sent to persons participating in guidance, coaching, training and other services and who have purchased online guidance/coaching. . In addition, those who have registered for guidance and coaching will be contacted, for example, due to possible schedule changes, cancellations or updates to the contents of the guidance.

INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER

The register contains the following information provided by the customer when registering: First name, last name, phone number and email address. In some cases, for example when ordering guidance or service as a physical appointment, his home address is only recorded in the register for home visits and guidance / care / service. The home address is not shared with outsiders.

REGULAR DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The information is only used to manage the customer relations of COSMOWITHIN Tmi / NAMAIA Tranquility & Happiness. Customer register information is not disclosed to third parties, nor outside the EU or EEA. However, personal data can be disclosed to the authorities in accordance with Finnish laws upon request.

REGULAR INFORMATION SOURCES

The customer hands over the personal data stored in the register when using the company's services, ordering an e-mail, ordering and buying a product or service offered by the company through the website, or signing up for guidance / coaching. After individual contact, a separate email may be sent to the person asking if he wants to join the company's email list, and by replying and confirming his willingness to join, he will be added to the company's data register. Customer data can be collected manually in situations where the customer is physically met and he indicates his willingness to join the company's email list. The manual material is deleted immediately when it can be transferred to the electronic database.

REGISTRY PROTECTION PRINCIPLES

The customer register is stored in an electronic database that is securely protected with passwords and placed in such a way that unrelated parties do not have access to the information. Only the registry administrator has access to the database.

RIGHT TO CHECK INFORMATION

According to § 26 of the Personal Data Act, a person registered in the customer register can check the information stored in the register about him. A member can change, supplement and delete their customer information by sending a request by e-mail to namaia.on@gmail.com. The customer should wait for a confirmation e-mail about the deletion of their data, in order to make sure that the request has reached the administrator of the registry. If for some reason the customer does not receive a confirmation e-mail within 7 days, he must contact the administrator of the register again and ensure that his information is removed from the register. The administrator of the registry is not responsible for obstacles to deleting customer data due to technical reasons, but will delete the requested data immediately after confirming the receipt of the request to the customer. All customer information is deleted after it is no longer necessary for the registry administrator to keep it. Information about the use of the service is not available to members.

Online guidance and training may contain links to third-party websites (like online store, guidance and training materials). The COSMOWITHIN Tmi company is not responsible for third-party websites, their contents or the links they contain.
